Automatic Busbar Loading Machine CNCLK40
The CNCLK40 is the LTMC automatic loading machine to specify when a Saudi or GCC switchgear line has to remove manual heavy lifting of copper busbar from the process, because it feeds and positions busbar automatically into the LTMC HQ400 and HQ600 series punching and shearing machines instead of an operator carrying and lining up every bar. Standard processing width is 30–160 mm and can be customised; within the 30–125 mm width range the storage compartments scale from 6 to 42 by width, so storage is matched to the mix of bar sizes on the line. The installation includes a sorting and unpacking area, a manual stacking area, inventory storage and a feeding zone for punching and shearing, with reserved areas for bending and arc milling. Production efficiency rises and manual feeding errors stop being a scrap source.

Figures below are stated against the acceptance conditions named in each paragraph so that every paragraph can be read on its own. Values are the published specification for the LTMC machine or series named; where a value is a category-level acceptance target it is labelled as such. This is a category-level acceptance benchmark and must be confirmed by a factory acceptance test (FAT) using the buyer’s own material and the ordered machine configuration.
Test conditions: 20 loading cycles using a 6 m busbar within the rated mass on the CNCLK40. Specified value: placement repeatability target within ±0.50 mm, with no manual lifting between the stack and the machine. Comparison baseline: manual crane or hand placement at approximately ±2.0 mm — about 75% tighter placement consistency.
Test conditions: holding a working stock of busbar across the standard width range. Specified value: standard processing width 30–160 mm (customisable), with storage compartments scaling from 6 compartments at 30 mm to 42 compartments at 125 mm. Comparison baseline: a single-compartment feed, where the operator reloads every time the bar width changes.
Test conditions: connecting the loader to an existing punching and shearing machine. Specified value: compatible with the LTMC HQ400 and HQ600 series punching and shearing machines for integration into an existing busbar processing line. Comparison baseline: a standalone loading station, which needs a separate transfer and a second operator between the stack and the machine.
