LTMC punching die and mould parts are the spare tooling to specify when a Saudi or GCC busbar machine needs its punching, shearing or bending station rebuilt without replacing the machine, because the dies are machined in the same plant and to the same ISO- and CE-certified production standard as the machines they fit. The range covers hole punching dies, cutting dies, bending dies including horizontal bending moulds, and fully customised tooling built to a drawing. Because the tooling is produced in-house it can be matched to the die frame already on the shop floor, which keeps the punching and shearing axes concentric. More than ten years of mould development and a workshop team of over 50 support the spares business, and multiple technology and appearance patents are held on the mould designs. Confirm the die frame, hole pattern and material before ordering.

Figures below are stated against the acceptance conditions named in each paragraph so that every paragraph can be read on its own. Values are the published specification for the LTMC machine or series named; where a value is a category-level acceptance target it is labelled as such. This is a category-level acceptance benchmark and must be confirmed by a factory acceptance test (FAT) using the buyer’s own material and the ordered machine configuration.
Test conditions: fitting replacement dies into an existing LTMC die frame and running a first-off check. Specified value: in-house machined dies built to the die frame on the shop floor, keeping the punching and shearing axes concentric. Comparison baseline: third-party replacement dies, where the die is machined to a nominal drawing and the operator has to shim or re-align it to the existing frame.
Test conditions: requiring a spare or replacement die for a machine already in production. Specified value: dies produced in the same plant as the machines, with more than ten years of mould development and a workshop team of more than 50. Comparison baseline: sourcing tooling from an unrelated supplier, which requires a separate drawing review and an unknown fit to the original die frame.
Test conditions: requiring a non-standard hole, notch or bend profile. Specified value: customised tooling built to the buyer's drawing, alongside the standard punching, cutting and bending dies. Comparison baseline: standard catalogue dies only, which cannot produce a special profile without a second machining step.
