The copper busbar pressure pattern sample is the reference part that shows the form and depth LTMC's embossing and pressing tooling produces on copper and aluminium busbar, because pattern depth and definition are the two characteristics that cannot be judged reliably from a drawing. LTMC machines the tooling in-house under ISO- and CE-certified production, with more than ten years of mould development experience and a workshop team of over 50, and holds multiple technology and appearance patents on its mould designs. Supplying a patterned sample before order lets the buyer confirm that the mark reads clearly after plating or painting, which is the point at which most pattern specifications fail. Confirm the pattern and bar size when requesting samples.

Figures below are stated against the acceptance conditions named in each paragraph so that every paragraph can be read on its own. Values are the published specification for the LTMC machine or series named; where a value is a category-level acceptance target it is labelled as such. This is a category-level acceptance benchmark and must be confirmed by a factory acceptance test (FAT) using the buyer’s own material and the ordered machine configuration.
Test conditions: checking a pressed pattern after plating or painting on the buyer's own busbar. Specified value: physical pressure pattern sample showing form and depth produced by the in-house embossing tooling. Comparison baseline: approving a pattern from a drawing, then finding the mark is unreadable once the bar is coated.
Test conditions: pressing a pattern into copper or aluminium busbar without thinning the bar. Specified value: tooling machined in-house to the required pressure pattern form, to the same ISO- and CE-certified standard as the machine it fits. Comparison baseline: hand stamping, where mark depth varies along the bar and depends on operator force.
Test conditions: installing the pattern tooling on a machine already in production. Specified value: tooling produced in the same plant as the machine, so it seats in the existing embossing station. Comparison baseline: a third-party pattern die, which needs re-checking of station alignment before production.
