The copper busbar vertical bending sample is the reference part that shows what LTMC's vertical bending tooling produces on edge, because stand-up bends in LV panel and switchgear layouts depend on the bend radius, the bar height used and the resulting clearance being right before the machine is ordered. LTMC machines the tooling in-house under ISO- and CE-certified production, with more than ten years of mould development experience and a workshop team of over 50, and holds multiple technology and appearance patents on its mould designs. Physical samples let a panel builder check the bent part against the actual layout and busbar spacing rather than approving a drawing. Confirm the bar width and thickness when requesting samples.

Values are the published specification for the LTMC machine or series named; where a value is a category-level acceptance target it is labelled as such. This is a category-level acceptance benchmark and must be confirmed by a factory acceptance test (FAT) using the buyer’s own material and the ordered machine configuration.
Test conditions: checking a stand-up bend against the panel or switchgear layout before ordering. Specified value: physical sample vertical bend produced with the in-house mould, showing the actual on-edge radius and resulting bar height. Comparison baseline: approving from a drawing dimension, which does not show the real clearance after springback.
Test conditions: forming a vertical bend at the top of a machine's rated capacity. Specified value: sample formed within the machine's published vertical bending size — 10 × 100 mm on the LTMC 303U-3-C class and 12 × 120 mm on the 503U-3-C / 803U-3-C class. Comparison baseline: forming beyond the rated vertical bending size, which overloads the bending unit.
Test conditions: comparing later production parts with the approved sample. Specified value: sample and production parts both formed with tooling machined in the same plant to the same ISO- and CE-certified standard. Comparison baseline: tooling from a different supplier, where the on-edge radius differs from the approved sample.
