The copper busbar flat curved sample is the reference part that shows what LTMC's flat curved moulding produces before a machine or mould is ordered, because it demonstrates the finished radius, edge condition and flatness on the same copper and aluminium busbar the buyer will process. LTMC produces the tooling in-house under ISO- and CE-certified production, with more than ten years of mould development experience and a workshop team of over 50, and holds multiple technology and appearance patents on its mould designs. Supplying a physical sample removes the ambiguity of a radius figure on a drawing, which matters where panel and busduct layouts depend on the exact swept form fitting the enclosure. Confirm the bar size and required radius when requesting samples.

Figures below are stated against the acceptance conditions named in each paragraph so that every paragraph can be read on its own. Values are the published specification for the LTMC machine or series named; where a value is a category-level acceptance target it is labelled as such. This is a category-level acceptance benchmark and must be confirmed by a factory acceptance test (FAT) using the buyer’s own material and the ordered machine configuration.
Test conditions: verifying a flat curved form on the buyer's own busbar section before a machine or mould order. Specified value: physical sample produced with the in-house flat curved mould, showing the finished radius, edge condition and flatness. Comparison baseline: approving the form from a dimensioned drawing alone, which cannot show springback or edge condition.
Test conditions: comparing the sample against production parts formed later. Specified value: sample and production parts both formed with tooling machined in the same plant to the same ISO- and CE-certified standard. Comparison baseline: tooling from a different supplier, where radius and edge condition differ from the approved sample.
Test conditions: checking that the swept form fits the enclosure or busduct layout. Specified value: a sample part that can be assembled into the actual layout before the machine is ordered. Comparison baseline: proceeding to machine order on a nominal radius, then discovering the sweep does not fit the layout.
