LT CNCMN-200A CNC Busbar Chamfering Machine processes copper & aluminum busbars with thickness 4-16mm, width 30-200mm. Features 6000rpm spindle, 5-axis CNC control, automatic 6-station tool changer, and BT40 tool holders. Professional arc milling and edge processing solution.
The LT CNCMN-200A is the LTMC machine to specify where copper and aluminium busbar ends in Saudi and GCC switchgear have to be chamfered, arc-milled and deburred to a controlled radius rather than ground by hand, because a 6000 r/min BT40 spindle on a gantry structure with five CNC axes produces the arc in one pass and the six-station inline tool magazine changes cutters automatically to suit the bar thickness. Published values are 4–16 mm thickness, 30–200 mm width and 150–6000 mm length, with ±0.08 mm X and Y positioning accuracy and a 12 kW total power. Control is Beckhoff, servo drive and motors are Rexroth, and ball screws and linear guides are HIWIN/TBI. It suits panel builders, busduct manufacturers and transformer plants that deburr a high volume of busbar ends. Confirm the cutter set against the radius required on your purchase specification.

Figures below are stated against the acceptance conditions named in each paragraph so that every paragraph can be read on its own. Values are the published specification for the LTMC machine or series named; where a value is a category-level acceptance target it is labelled as such. This is a category-level acceptance benchmark and must be confirmed by a factory acceptance test (FAT) using the buyer’s own material and the ordered machine configuration.
Test conditions: chamfering and arc milling busbar ends on 4–16 mm thick copper and aluminium. Specified value: ±0.08 mm X-axis and ±0.08 mm Y-axis positioning accuracy with a 6000 r/min BT40 spindle. Comparison baseline: hand grinding or hand filing of busbar ends, where the arc radius varies part to part and cannot be measured against a specification.
Test conditions: running a batch that mixes bar thicknesses requiring different cutters. Specified value: six-station inline tool magazine with automatic tool change on BT40 holders, cutters at 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm. Comparison baseline: a single-cutter head, where each thickness change needs the operator to stop the machine and re-fixture the tool.
Test conditions: processing long busbar up to the rated length. Specified value: 150–6000 mm length, 30–200 mm width and 4–16 mm thickness, with 525 mm X-axis and 500 mm Y-axis working stroke. Comparison baseline: bench-mounted chamfering tools, where the busbar has to be re-positioned between cuts on long bars.
Test conditions: component audit of the machine as published. Specified value: Beckhoff PLC, Rexroth servo drives and servo motors, HIWIN/TBI ball screws and linear rolling guides, HSBC pneumatic parts, Shanghai Fengyi hydraulic parts, Jingyao spindle. Comparison baseline: a control package without named drive manufacturers, where positioning accuracy cannot be traced to a specific servo specification.
