The SXC30-550 is the LTMC hydraulic punching press for standard-reach sheet and busbar punching in Saudi and GCC shops, because it delivers 300 kN nominal pressure with a 550 mm throat depth, 60 mm maximum processing diameter and 6 mm maximum processing thickness on a stress-annealed welded bed. A high-flow gear pump drives step speed up to 12 times per minute, and PLC control with a digital axis system keeps positioning simple for the operator, including the ability to stop the machine during unmanned operation. The welded and annealed frame is the reason for choosing it over a general-purpose press: the rack is specified not to deform after long-term use. It suits busbar punching, half-shear sheet work and general sheet metal processing in panel and busduct fabrication. Confirm the throat depth and tooling against your purchase specification.

Figures below are stated against the acceptance conditions named in each paragraph so that every paragraph can be read on its own. Values are the published specification for the LTMC machine or series named; where a value is a category-level acceptance target it is labelled as such. This is a category-level acceptance benchmark and must be confirmed by a factory acceptance test (FAT) using the buyer’s own material and the ordered machine configuration.
Test conditions: punching positions on parts sized around the throat capacity. Specified value: 550 mm throat depth at 300 kN nominal pressure, 60 mm maximum processing diameter and 6 mm maximum thickness. Comparison baseline: the LTMC SXC30-750 with a 750 mm throat at the same 300 kN, for parts positioned beyond 550 mm from the edge.
Test conditions: repeated punching duty over an extended service period. Specified value: steel plate welded bed, stress annealed after welding to keep the rack from deforming after long-term use. Comparison baseline: fabricated frames without stress relief, where residual welding stress releases in service.
Test conditions: repeated punching strokes with digital axis positioning. Specified value: step speed up to 12 times/min on a high-flow gear pump, with PLC control and a digital axis system. Comparison baseline: manual-positioned presses, where each stroke needs the operator to set position by hand.
