SXC30-750 hydraulic presses Sheet metal processing machineMain Features:busbar p
The SXC30-750 is the LTMC hydraulic punching press to specify for deep-reach sheet and busbar punching in Saudi and GCC fabrication shops, because its 750 mm throat depth reaches further into a panel or sheet than the 550 mm version while keeping the same 300 kN nominal pressure. Published values are 60 mm maximum processing diameter and 6 mm maximum processing thickness, with a high-flow gear pump driving step speed up to 12 times per minute. The bed is steel plate welded and stress-annealed after welding, so the frame does not deform after long-term use, and PLC control with a digital axis system makes positioning straightforward for the operator. The machine can also be stopped during unmanned operation for safety. It suits busbar punching and general sheet metal work. Confirm the throat depth against your largest part.

Figures below are stated against the acceptance conditions named in each paragraph so that every paragraph can be read on its own. Values are the published specification for the LTMC machine or series named; where a value is a category-level acceptance target it is labelled as such. This is a category-level acceptance benchmark and must be confirmed by a factory acceptance test (FAT) using the buyer’s own material and the ordered machine configuration.
Test conditions: punching a hole far from the sheet edge on the hydraulic press. Specified value: 750 mm throat depth against 550 mm on the LTMC SXC30-550, at the same 300 kN nominal pressure. Comparison baseline: the 550 mm machine, which cannot reach the same position on parts wider than 550 mm.
Test conditions: continuous punching duty over an extended service period. Specified value: steel plate welded bed with stress annealing treatment after welding, specified to keep the rack from deforming after long-term use. Comparison baseline: non-annealed fabricated frames, where welding stress is released in service and the frame moves.
Test conditions: repeated punching strokes on the high-flow gear pump circuit. Specified value: step speed up to 12 times per minute with PLC control and a digital axis system. Comparison baseline: a standard-flow hydraulic circuit, where pump output limits the number of strokes per minute.
