The XT-200 is the LTMC portable hydraulic busbar machine to keep on a Saudi or GCC site for single-bar work, because semi-automatic hydraulic control punches round and oblong holes, cuts and bends copper and aluminium busbar by simply selecting the matching processing die for the operation. It is built for high and low voltage switch cabinets and power transmission equipment, where the busbar is already installed or the run is too short to move to a workshop machine. Small volume and light weight make it easy to carry between floors, while hydraulic control gives high thrust and high efficiency from a compact unit. It is a single-station tool, so output depends on die changes and operator handling rather than on servo positioning. Confirm the die set against the bar sections and hole sizes in your purchase specification.

Specified value: compact and light hydraulic unit that can be carried, running from a single processing die per operation. Comparison baseline: a fixed 1220–2100 kg workshop machine, which cannot be moved to installed busbar.

Specified value: hydraulic control specified for high thrust and high efficiency from a small-volume unit. Comparison baseline: manual lever punches, where operator effort sets the available force and limits the bar thickness.
