The LTMC embossing die is the tooling that puts a formed pattern or identification mark on copper and aluminium busbar during the same cycle as punching and shearing, because it is machined in the same ISO- and CE-certified plant as the LTMC machines and is available as a dedicated station on the HQ600-S-7P single-row die bank. On that build the embossing die sits alongside seven punching dies and one shearing die in one straight-column row, so an embossed bar needs no separate setup; on configurations without an embossing station, embossing requires its own die change. LTMC has more than ten years of mould development experience, a workshop team of over 50, and holds multiple technology and appearance patents on its mould designs. Confirm the required pattern and the die bank configuration before ordering.

Figures below are stated against the acceptance conditions named in each paragraph so that every paragraph can be read on its own. Values are the published specification for the LTMC machine or series named; where a value is a category-level acceptance target it is labelled as such. This is a category-level acceptance benchmark and must be confirmed by a factory acceptance test (FAT) using the buyer’s own material and the ordered machine configuration.
Test conditions: producing an embossed busbar without a second machine setup. Specified value: dedicated embossing station in the LTMC HQ600-S-7P single-row die bank: 7 punching dies + 1 embossing die + 1 shearing die in one straight-column row. Comparison baseline: the LTMC HQ600-S-8P build, which carries 8 punching dies and no embossing station, so embossing there needs a separate die change.
Test conditions: forming an identification or pattern mark in copper or aluminium busbar. Specified value: embossing die machined in-house to the required pattern, to the same ISO- and CE-certified standard as the machine. Comparison baseline: hand stamping, where mark depth and position vary between bars and depend on operator force.
Test conditions: installing the embossing die in a die bank already in production. Specified value: die produced in the same plant as the machine, so it seats in the existing straight-column die bank. Comparison baseline: a third-party embossing die, which needs re-checking of the die bank alignment before production.
